Viatecture - The Company

The Company is at the forefront of the BI technology and will easily establish a strong market position in the small and independent business sector and very soon a rapidly growing presence in the Information Technology sector as IT resources are more frequently assigned tasks to consolidate data for management reporting purposes and/or data mining. The design of the software allows the type(s) of data utilized to be modular and purchased on an as-needed basis, reducing the overhead cost by allowing the purchase of only those data sources which are applicable to the business. Thus, users of the Software who use spreadsheet functionality exclusively only need purchase the spreadsheet module, while larger, corporate users with data warehousing or relational database management systems (“RDBMS”) may purchase the ODBC modules necessary to additionally access that data.

The Focus

The Company focuses the design of its software packages on the end-user, be it a small business owner with multiple documents to consolidate on a monthly basis, or an IT professional with responsibilities to extract and consolidate data from multiple databases and/or data files (data mining). The technology provided by the Company allows business information to be consolidated and distributed in a fraction of the time required to manually produce and re-produce the same information, thus enabling users to focus on more important profit-generating business activities. The Product will utilize a patented ViaTect Director (the "Director") to provide both visual and audio assistance throughout the application. The Director will guide users through the process of defining data bridges, extracting data and generating presentation or reporting products.

The Company's technology focus and expertise has enabled it to take full advantage of the myriad of databases and data sources used in the business information environment today. The management of ViaTecture has extensive expertise in both database design and construction, and desktop software development, which allows the Company’s products to grow as the underlying business intelligence sector grows.
